Cameron Moody won Score The World’s first contest, so now we asked him to be the part of the jury. We are very happy that he accepted 🙂
Cameron Moody is an eighteen-year-old composer from Atlanta, Georgia. He was named the first-prize winner of ScoreTheWorld’s film scoring competition last year!
He has composed the score for numerous films, most recently, David Armsby’s “Friendly Shadow” and Rashaad Santiago’s “Terror from Beyond Beyond.” In August of 2019, at sixteen years old, he became the youngest to complete an internship at Hans Zimmer’s Remote Control Productions. He was also selected as a winner of the inaugural Marvin Hamlisch International Music Awards in November.
Cameron currently attends New York University, majoring in Music Theory & Composition. He aspires to be one of the most well-known composers of his generation, hoping to win an Oscar for Best Original Score one day.
